Marcin Guzik

CEO and Partner in TenStep Poland, coach and advisor for implementing methods of managing projects, mega project, project portfolios as well as strategic advisory and change management. Has extensive experience in working with the management boards of many Polish and international companies. Realized few dozens of successful implementations in Poland and abroad, among others in KGHM Polska Miedź oraz Gaz-System.  His tools to support the implementation of project offices, including those related to changing the organizational culture or controlling projects, are widely used in many countries. Grzegorz Szałajko

He brings his experience and passion to global corporations and local market leaders in such sectors as IT, telecommunication, BPO, R&D, banking, finance, education, mining, energy and industrial enterprises. Dave Gunner

Dave’s extensive experience in project, program and portfolio management spans over 25 years and currently works for DXC Technology, formerly Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he headed up its Project Management Academy. He has worked closely with PMI, including chairing the committee that produced PMI’s Navigating Complexity guide. He is the vice-Chair of the committee that has produced the latest versions of PMI’s – Project Management Competence Development Framework and the OPM Standard, as well as being the UK Chapters Director of Professional Development. Over many years he has engaged extensively with Cranfield University, where he obtained an Executive MSc in Programme and Project Management.

Anders Liljewall

Anders Liljewall is currently leading the digital transformation and Industry 4.0 agenda for IKEA Industry. He is a former CIO and has been holding executive positions in IT and Supply Chain within several global companies in different industries for over 20 years. Driving change and running complex projects has been a constant throughout his career.

Agnieszka Gasperini

Agnieszka Gasperini – certified project manager (PMP) with more than 16 years of experience in international projects. Since 1999 she worked with Siemens AG, among others, where she created a culture of professional project management, being the first project manager with a PMP certificate.

For 11 years (2003-2014) Agnieszka was the director of the consulting company PMC dealing with consulting in the field of project management and EU funds. Since 2014, she has been working as an external consultant with the Practical Thinking Group for the EMEA region. Agnieszka was also the president of the PMI Poland Chapter, and is currently a member of the PMI EF Community Engagement Community team. She speaks five languages fluently and as a trainer she focuses both on international and local specificity of issues related to project management in various industries and environments.

Magda Władyka-Dyrkacz

Her first contact with Project Management happened at the University of Southern Denmark, where she proposed, together with the project team, the introduction of Lean Management in the production process. After she returned to Poland, she started to work in the Polish branch of the international Coloplast company, where she was working in various accounting divisions. Later also as Excellence Specialists and currently as Project Coordinator. Has multi-year experience both in accounting and project management. She has also experience in rationalization projects, deployment of the new systems, transition and standardization projects. In her spare time co-creates and works as a volunteer in Szczecin Branch of PMI Poland Chapter.

Joanna Adamska
Project management has been her passion for over 10 years. She gained experience in international organizations, among others taking part in creating project offices in the medical and IT industries. As a Team Manager at brightONE company she is responsible for the team of project managers and PMO. After hours she develops her passion as the Managing Director of the local PMI branch and a lecturer at postgraduate and MBA studies in the field of project management. In her spare time she reads books, supports Liverpool FC and uses every opportunity to travel.
Katarzyna Biernikowicz

Holds a master degree within IT and Econometrics form University of Szczecin. Active student of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Currently works as senior controlling analyst in Coloplast, specializing in a field of Direct Variable costing and a project manager for 10% of the time. After work develops herself as a volunteer in  PMI PC Szczecin (finance department). Likes to play Squash, ride a bike to work and loves to watch stand up comedy shows.

Michał Żuchowski

Michał has 10+ years of professional experience in international companies in the Manufacturing, Product Development and Shared Services sector. He is currently a Project Portfolio Manager at IKEA Industry Product Development and Innovation Center. Previously, he led a team of engineers, project leaders in furniture related projects. He mainly deals with NPD (New Product Development) assignments within local and remote teams (Slovakia, Hungary, Portugal), and is also an internal project management trainer in the IKEA Industry group. A graduate of Uppsala University in Sweden and postgraduate studies at WSB (in Poznań and Wrocław). He holds a PMP and AgilePM certificate and he is a Director of Volunteering at the PMI PC Szczecin branch. His passion is basketball, foreign languages, all kinds of gadgetry and SF comics.

Krzysztof Moskwa

Several years of experience in project management. A graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology and MBA Studies at the University of Szczecin. From June 2006, the PMP Project Management Institute certificate holder. He supports the local branch of PMI PC Szczecin as a volunteer. Primary interests are related to cinematography, audio-video technology, psychology and improvements of human contacts with a computer via user interfaces. Likes to spend his free time in touch with nature and on trips to various corners of the world.

Aleksander Adamski

Professionally also interested in marketing areas. Semi-pro photographer after hours, die-hard Liverpool FC supporter, loves sci-fi books and console gaming.

Adriana Lewandowska

Passionate about project management and change management in organizations. The manager of the accounting team, combining the standardization of processes with continuous change implementation. Private area of interests includes yoga, ballet, and vegan cuisine.

Robert Chmara

He manages projects for nearly four years. Professionally associated with a company dealing in installation and relocation of industrial machines. After work, he likes to spend time actively. Mainly it is mountain tourism, cycling, and photography. Self-taught, idealist and dreamer.
