Ekspert w zakresie zarządzania projektami, portfelem projektów i PMO. Realizował audyty oraz projekty doradcze i wdrożeniowe w Polsce, Niemczech, Szwajcarii, Anglii oraz na Ukrainie. Specjalizuje się w obszarze usprawnień organizacji poprzez wdrożenie zarządzania portfelem projektów i PMO oraz w obszarze rozwoju kierowników projektów. Od 2003 roku związany z Project Management Institute (PMI®), gdzie pełnił m.in. funkcję Prezesa Oddziału Warszawskiego, Prezesa Oddziału Polskiego oraz Przewodniczącego Komisji Rewizyjnej Stowarzyszenia. W latach 2010-2014 pełnił rolę mentora odpowiedzialnego za oddziały w Europie Wschodniej, natomiast w okresie 2015-2017 był członkiem Board Volunteer Advisory i odpowiadał za
nadzór nad rekrutacją i rozwojem wolontariuszy Stowarzyszenia.

Od 2005 roku certyfikowany PMP®. W roku 2014 w ramach pilotażu nowej certyfikacji PMI® jako jedna z pierwszych osób na świecie uzyskał tytuł Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP)®.
Od 2010 roku Prezes firmy WHITECOM Project Experience specjalizującej się w szkoleniach, ustawieniu PMO oraz zarządzania projektami i portfelem projektów w organizacjach. Autor wielu artykułów z dziedziny zarządzania projektami oraz współautor książki „PMO. Praktyka zarządzania projektami i portfelem projektów”.

Thomas Zimmermann

Thomas Zimmermann, PMP, PMI-ACP

Started his career as Chip & Software Developer in the Automotive Semiconductor Industry where he took over various project – and program management responsibilities. After further assignments in IT consultancy for automotive and financial services, he now applies his practical experience in the medical device industry by merging traditional and agile project management methodologies to supporting endoscopic operating room development as a global project portfolio manager and Agile Coach.

He has been a board member of the PMI Southern Germany Chapter e.V. and continues volunteering for PMI in various roles.

Igor Mróz

Igor Mróz
Creator and founder of Zero Bullshit Management

He was said to be “effective but difficult” – probably by an extremely vigilant bullshit detector. As much as modern management techniques, he is interested in psychology and personal effectiveness. He believes that only a combination of these three elements allows you to successfully implement projects. He gladly talks about it on his blog, pieces of training and conferences. He received several awards for his speeches. He is an accountant by profession.

He conducted his first project in 2003, and in addition to project management, he sold, analyzed, programmed, wrote advertising texts and managed the product. He ran his own company, worked for corporations, SMEs and startups (including more than a year in the Netherlands). He has trained several hundred people since 2015. Javier Martin Perez

Javier Martin PMP, CSM
Graduated from two Master of Science Degrees, in IT management (Spain) and Telecommunication Engineering (Finland). He began his career in 2007 as an IT engineer in the University of Aviation in Spain where he was promoted to Head of IT. In 2010 he moved to Finland to continue his studies and career. Javier started working at InlineMarket in 2012 for Nokia and Microsoft projects in areas such as CRM solutions, software development, and cloud-based infrastructure. In 2016 he joined Zalando Tech to transition into a product manager role, and currently based in Dublin working at Amazon Web Services as a Senior Product Manager.

Małgorzata Kusyk

Project Manager and Agile Expert, AgilePMO Founder/CEO, Kozminski Executive Business School Coordinator, PMI Poland Chapter President 2014-2016. Mentor, business trainer, MBA lecturer, and speaker worldwide.  PMP®/PRINCE2P®/AgilePM®/PSM certifications holder.

Małgorzata is a project management expert with 18 years of experience of managing global projects and programs across multiple industries. She is an agility and teal ambassador, specializing in transition and transformation initiatives, where she combines Agile with traditional approaches. She is a creator of the innovative business solutions and training programs –  the founder of the first Transition Manager Academy and the co-founder of Akademia Zwinnej Liderki (Agile Women Leader Academy). Małgorzata is the author of many articles and the Agile HR chapter of HR Business Partner book. She is known for creativity and openness to experiments, so the solutions she proposes are unique and tailored to the needs of the client. Like Michael Jordan, Małgorzata believes that “Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships”.

Paweł Gąsowski

Chairman of the Board. Lecturer. Coach. Coordinator and project manager. Creator of development programs in corporations. During his professional career in the area of change management, he was responsible for developing the competences of 3,000 employees of a financial company. He co-created the personnel development policy in companies. He supported the implementation of Six Sigma quality management programs. As a co-author of training games used in the process of change management, he has been repeatedly awarded by the Project Management Institute for the best training product of the year.

Kalina Kielbratowska

Holds a master degree within Automation and Robotics. Active student of Programming Embedded Systems. Currently working as Project Engineer Specialist in material optimization dept. In Radiometer, with the responsibility of Project Manager.

Before that, 10 years of work as Senior Project Engineer in Oil& Gas industry in Kongsberg Maritime.

Holds great experience in working with projects in the international environment. Finds herself as an individual player, team player, as well as managing the team.
Free time spends outdoor, likes long walking, dancing and catch up with friends. Continuously works on own development by attending many training, especially „soft skills”.

Kinga Janecka

Student of the management, she willingly involved in conducting workshops for children and youth and in pro-social activities. She is interested in project management, in the free time she likes to cook and act as a volunteer.

Mateusz Juźwik

A happy management student for a year. Fascinated with Social Media Marketing, constantly gathering experience engaging in various social activities. He moderates several profiles on FB, so that he learns to create juicy content for different target groups. After hours he develops skills related to graphic processing and using AI in promotional activities. He loves working with people, sharing experiences and gaining valuable knowledge. He spends his free time cooking, because it gives him joy. Happy faces of people who sample his dishes are a confirmation that he can cook…

Kateryna Klymenko

Master’s student of management at the University of Szczecin. More than 3 years of experience in advertising, digital, communications and event management in Ukraine. At the last job in a marketing agency in Kiev, she has hold the position as Project Manager for more than a year. She is interested in design, IT, digital marketing. In free time she goes in for sports, learns foreign languages ​​and takes online courses of UX Design and others.

Magda Władyka-Dyrkacz

Her first contact with Project Management happened at the University of Southern Denmark, where she proposed, together with the project team, the introduction of Lean Management in the production process. After she returned to Poland, she started to work in the Polish branch of the international Coloplast company, where she was working in various accounting divisions. Later also as Excellence Specialists and currently as Project Coordinator. Has multi-year experience both in accounting and project management. She has also experience in rationalization projects, deployment of the new systems, transition and standardization projects. In her spare time co-creates GLiMProject.blogspot.com and works as a volunteer in Szczecin Branch of PMI Poland Chapter.

Joanna Adamska
Project management has been her passion for over 10 years. She gained experience in international organizations, among others taking part in creating project offices in the medical and IT industries. As a Team Manager at brightONE company she is responsible for the team of project managers and PMO. After hours she develops her passion as the Managing Director of the local PMI branch and a lecturer at postgraduate and MBA studies in the field of project management. In her spare time she reads books, supports Liverpool FC and uses every opportunity to travel.
Katarzyna Biernikowicz

Holds a master degree within IT and Econometrics form University of Szczecin. Active student of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Currently works as senior controlling analyst in Coloplast, specializing in a field of Direct Variable costing and a project manager for 10% of the time. After work develops herself as a volunteer in  PMI PC Szczecin (finance department). Likes to play Squash, ride a bike to work and loves to watch stand up comedy shows.

Michał Żuchowski

Michał has 10+ years of professional experience in international companies in the Manufacturing, Product Development and Shared Services sector. He is currently a Project Portfolio Manager at IKEA Industry Product Development and Innovation Center. Previously, he led a team of engineers, project leaders in furniture related projects. He mainly deals with NPD (New Product Development) assignments within local and remote teams (Slovakia, Hungary, Portugal), and is also an internal project management trainer in the IKEA Industry group. A graduate of Uppsala University in Sweden and postgraduate studies at WSB (in Poznań and Wrocław). He holds a PMP and AgilePM certificate and he is a Director of Volunteering at the PMI PC Szczecin branch. His passion is basketball, foreign languages, all kinds of gadgetry and SF comics.

Krzysztof Moskwa

Several years of experience in project management. A graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology and MBA Studies at the University of Szczecin. From June 2006, the PMP Project Management Institute certificate holder. He supports the local branch of PMI PC Szczecin as a volunteer. Primary interests are related to cinematography, audio-video technology, psychology and improvements of human contacts with a computer via user interfaces. Likes to spend his free time in touch with nature and on trips to various corners of the world.

Aleksander Adamski

Experienced project manager, specialized in managing work in small enterprises. Currently working on R&D and business development projects in fencing industry. Professionally also interested in marketing areas. Semi-pro photographer after hours, die-hard Liverpool FC supporter, loves sci-fi books and console gaming.

Robert Chmara

He manages projects for nearly four years. Professionally associated with a company dealing in installation and relocation of industrial machines. After work, he likes to spend time actively. Mainly it is mountain tourism, cycling, and photography. Self-taught, idealist and dreamer.
