Highway to Project Management 2018
Complex projects and programs are not new, however in today’s world of globalization, together with new technologies and a rapid pace of change, complexity is being encountered in an increasing number of projects and programs.
Whereas traditional approaches to project/program management are essential, when dealing with complexity some additional approaches and techniques are often called for.
This session will provide you with an insight into some of these and how they can be applied to help improve the chances of a successful outcome.

Has extensive experience in working with the management boards of many Polish and international companies. Realized few dozens of successful implementations in Poland and abroad, among others in KGHM Polska Miedź oraz Gaz-System. His tools to support the implementation of project offices, including those related to changing the organizational culture or controlling projects, are widely used in many countries. Marcin as the main architect of solutions, repeatedly collected the best practices related to the supervision of investment projects, supplemented them on the basis of international standards and, as a result, transformed them into procedures and catalogs of good practices that he shared among employees. The creator of many training programs successfully implemented in dozens of countries around the world. Author of numerous articles in the business press (Harvard Business Review, Puls Biznesu, Rzeczpospolita), speaker at many conferences and symposia in Poland and abroad.
